Payment & Booking Confirmation

50% deposit is required to secure your Booking. The Full Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date as high quality homes are much sort after in the Yarra Valley.

The balance will be automatically deducted 2 weeks prior to the booking date on the same credit card that is provided for the Deposit. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds for this transaction to take place. If you wish to provide a different credit card for the balance of payment please provide those details at time of booking. If booking is within 3 weeks of Arrival full Payment is required at time of booking. We accept Visa or master card only-(name, card type, number and expiry date) We do not accept Amex, American Express or Diners Club.

Credit Card Surcharge

All credit card payments incur a 2% credit card surcharge.

Cancellations

100% of the deposit is refundable over 30 days notice, deposit is non refundable with less than four weeks notice, full payment is required with two weeks and under notice and is non-refundable.

Conditions of rental

Number of persons staying at the house should not exceed the persons stated in the booking details or extra charges will apply.

Vista House & Vista Retreat is for holiday use only and no functions are permitted.

No pets allowed in accordance with health regulations

Vista House & Vista Retreat provides quality white linen & bath towels.

Key must be returned to the key safe on the right hand side of the door.

Breakages/Damages

Credit card details are held for security purposes. We expect the house is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card if necessary, however it is not our intention to charge for accidental broken glass or plates for example.

Charges will be made if the house is left in an unreasonable condition eg:

• Dirty dishes not rinsed and stacked in the dishwasher (not the cleaners responsibility)
• BBQ to be left in clean condition as found
• Rubbish not removed from the House and disposed of in the outside bins (not the cleaners responsibility)
• All furniture must be returned to original position (not the cleaners responsibility)
• Soiled or Stained Bed covers rugs upholstery etc
• Lost or damaged remote controls
• Misplaced keys

Any breakages or damage to the house or its fittings or facility will be charged to the guest at replacement/ repair cost plus 10%

Liabilities

No responsibility is taken for personal items left on premises during or after departure. Vista House does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for errors, omissions, default or negligence represented on our website. Rates are subject to change with notice except for confirmed bookings.
